Patricia Fafa Formadi a Development practitioner, has vast expertise and experience in Gender, Women Empowerment, Gender Equality, and Social Inclusion (GESI) research and practice spanning over a decade. With her specific education in Development Studies and Community-Based Development within the international context, she brings on board expertise from local, national, and international perspectives related to women, children and youth in particular and social development in general. Her experience is demonstrable in the numerous types of research she has led and participated in and the pieces of training she facilitated, focusing on women, youth, and their livelihoods, and in particular, training of trainers for the GESI in many sectors at both local and international levels. She also has a rich experience in local and international training on gender mainstreaming, financial education/literacy, leadership for change and governance.
